What is it/Advantages

DECORNEW DECOTRAV is a finishing decorative overlay. It is a compound of selected marble powders, lime and a mixture of additives which help the manufacture and ensure a perfect fastening to the base. DECOTRAV is an excellent product that helps transpiration; it is resistant to moulds in general. For indoor and outdoor use. It is available in powder (18kg-plastic vessels), with a granulometry of 0,5/0,7 mm.

Production stages

APPLICATION:

DECOPRIMER/A as primer.
A first coat accurately smoothed is put (White DECOMARBLE is recommended).

After 15/16 hours two coats of DECOTRAV must be applied; once the surface is partially dry, you have to scratch it with a stainless steel spatula, until you get the TRAVERTINE effect. After 2/3 days, two coats of neutral DECOCOLOR must be applied to protect your finished/completed overlay; to make it water-repellent (outdoor use), you have to put on it a clear idrosilicone product after about 10 days.

- This product must be used on aged/seasoned and dry surfaces.
- Its application must be avoided under the sun and with strong wind.
- Do not apply this product in different stages on the same surface.
