DECORNEW DECOSTAMPED is a cement mortar, ready to use; it is a compound of inert concrete and several additives, inorganic oxides (UV rays-resistant) and specific additives to improve your surface’s workability, impermeability, adhesion and time resistance. DECOSTAMPED can be used directly on walls and reinforced concrete, with a variable average thickness of 10/20 mm (according to the final use).

DECORNEW DECOTIX is a high-resistance decorative plaster; great attention is given to its formulation in order to make it suitable for high-thickness manufactures and give it strong resistance to atmospheric agents.

DECORNEW DECOCOLA is a compound of white cement, mixed binders and special additives. It is appropriate to be the base for DECOSTAMPED and DECOTIX.

DECOPRIMER / A is a liquid binder, ready to use. It is used to improve the adhesion of plaster paintings (lime-based or light plasters-based). DECOPRIMER / A is also appropriate to be the base for low thickness plasters, such as: DECOTRAV-OXIDECOR and coating products in general, such as DECOMARBLE-DECOLUX. 

DECOPRIMER / B is a liquid binder, ready to use. It is applied to improve the adherence of plasters on unsafe floors. It can also be used for DECOCOLA-DECOSTAMPED-DECOTIX.

It is a blend of particular  solvents and vegetable oils which is put on resin stencils, just before printing DECOSTAMPED plaster on walls. This LIQUID RELEASE AGENT allows us to print our manufacture accurately and at the same time to preserve the stencils.

DECORNEW DECOTRAV is a finishing decorative coating, available in powder. It is a compound of selected marble powders, lime and a mixture of additives which help the manufacture and assure a perfect fastening to the base.

DECOTRAV is an excellent product that helps transpiration; it is resistant to moulds in general. For indoor and outdoor use.

DECORNEW DECOMARBLE is a finishing decorative overlay, available in powder. It is a compound of selected marble powders, lime and a mixture of additives which help the manufacture of the surface and assure a perfect fastening to the base.

DECOMARBLE is an excellent product that helps transpiration; it is resistant to moulds in general. For indoor and outdoor use.

It is a low thickness plaster; it is a compound of lime, concrete, coloured marble of mixed granulometry and natural additives, worked out to improve our finished surface’s workability and its resistance to bad weather.

DECORNEW OXIDECOR enable us to recreate the “REAL RUSTY METAL”, applying this particular painting on different bases such as wood, plasterboard, plaster, concrete, plastic, polystyrene, several metals etc.

It is a protective stain made up with particular floor-polish, water and fixers. It is appropriate to colour and protect DECOSTAMPED and finishing coating products such as DECOTRAV-DECOMARBLE (lime-based).

PS-100 DECORNEW COLOUR HARDENER it is a dry coloured blend, ready to use. It is made up with: Portland cement, selected sands with pure quartz and silica, measured with the right granulometric line. It is formulated to give denseness and grater resistance to the superficial layer of our floor.

PS-100 COLOUR HARDENER Other components:

Iron oxides to give a specific colour to the product; added powder additives to help mixing the fresh hardener PS-100 with the concrete sub-floor base. These additives improve our surface’s workability, printing and abrasion hardness.

PS-101 DECORNEW COLOUR RELEASE AGENT is a dry powdered product, ready to use; it is a compound of micronized powders, non-stick products, water-repellent products, stains and release agents. Its chemical composition enables us to easily release the stencil. Moreover, it also allows us to give coloured gradations to stamped concrete, emphasizing on our hardened concrete every kind of rubble in its different shape.

PS-102 DECORNEW DECOSEALER is an acrylic solvent-based sealer, specifically designed for sealing all types of concrete floorings: INDUSTRIAL FLOORING, PAVEMENTS, STAMPED CONCRETE, etc.

DECORNEW DECOSEALER is also worked out and designed to protect the surfaces on which it is used, to improve their abrasion hardness and resistance to atmospheric agents. It gives brightness to our flooring, it intensifies its beauty and helps its ordinary cleaning.

DECORNEW offers two types of DECOSEALER:

1. PS-102 DECOSEALER, appropriate for all types of coloured, stamped or key surfaces in general;
2. PS-102 DECOSEALER/L: as above. Brighter.

It is classified as a neutral cleaning product with low foaming materials content. It is excellent for cleaning strong dirty surfaces, but it is specifically designed for cleaning stamped concrete floorings and removing excess dust produced by PS-101 COLOUR RELEASE AGENT.

DECORNEW IDROREP / A is a superficial protector; it seeps for about 1mm into the concrete surface and bricks in general. It reacts with air and creates a water repellent barrier; it is resistant to alkaline and acid treatments and to sodium chloride. It can be used to isolate surfaces which comes into contact with food; it doesn’t release neither toxic substances nor irritating substances.

It is used to treat: INDUSTRIAL FLOORINGS, FENCES, SILOS, TILES AND RUBBLES, PAVING TILES.

DECORNEW  IDROREP/S is a siloxane-based water repellent thinned down in solvent. It is also called “depth water repellent” because it can seep up to 5/7 mm into the surface, creating a barrier not only for falling water but also for rising water; it definitely protects the superficial area of floorings from degradation and  from freeze/thaw phenomenon.

PS-106 DECORNEW RELEASE AGENT-PAV is a blend of aliphatic solvents and vegetable oils; its formulation is appropriate to be applied on resin stencils (stamps) just before placing your concrete flooring.

PS-106 is put on freshly placed concrete and protects its resin stencil.

PS-107 DECORNEW PAVIGEL is a protective release agent used to protect all surfaces at risk during concrete castings. Applied with brush; cleaned with polishing machine once the work is completed.

Polypropylene Fibres added to the concrete during the mixing process, in order to create a three-dimensional reinforcement throughout the casting’s thickness.

PS-109 DECORNEW DECOREMOVER is a low-toxic stripper, appropriate for removing old acrylic or synthetic paints, and single components. Generally you can clean PS-109 DECOREMOVER simply with water, thus it is very easy to use.

PS-110 SOLVENT is a solvent for sealers and paints.

PS-111 SURFACE HARDENER is a protective penetrating hardener; it is a blend of fluosilicate mixed with anti-settling products, pro-suspension products, preservatives and another particular product that enables its perfect penetration in the concrete.
PS-111 protects our concrete floorings from environmental degradation, it perfectly stands up to freeze/thaw phenomenon and to salts you may have spread during wintertime; moreover, it resists atmospheric agents and it can be used on any kind of concrete flooring, whether new or aged; excellent for cellars, silos and stables because of its resistance to moulds, organic sewage and acids.
It can also be used to harden and protect travertine and terracotta floors.

DECORNEW offers two types of SURFACE HARDENER with the following names:

PS-111 SURFACE HARDENER (for smooth and coloured concrete floorings)

PS-112 SURFACE HARDENER/C (concentrated hardener for all types of concrete bases)

PS-114 DECORNEW DECOWAX-MET is a metallic wax; it is a compound of acrylic polymers, resins and waxes. It is used on a wide range of surfaces: processed concrete, sealers, marbles, smooth rabbles, PVC, stone pottery, etc.

PS-115 DECORNEW DENSITY-HARDENER is a blend of silicates that operates on the superficial part of our concrete flooring, up to 3~4 mm of depth. It hardens and compresses the surface; it is wear-proof and it increases abrasion hardness in any kind of quartz hardened concrete flooring.
Floorings processed with PS-115 DENSITY-HARDENER are self-polishing.

PS-116 DECORNEW DECOBIND is a special formulation of concentrated acrylic-based non-toxic pure sealers. It is used as adhesion promoter and binder in concrete mixtures for low thickness floorings or DECOSTONE SPRAY CONCRETE.

DECORNEW offers two types of DECOBIND:

PS-118 DECOACID is a chemically reactive stain. It is a metallic salts-based product in watery solution. DECORNEW DECOACID is used to produce permanent colour effects on seasoned concrete floorings, hardened on top (if possible) with proper products during its manufacturing.

DECOACID stain penetrates into our flooring and reacts with concrete components, changing the surface’s colour. DECORNEW DECOACID neither cover or repair the imperfections of the base, nor can change the features of the flooring itself.

PS-120 DECORNEW ANTIWHITE is an anti-saltpetre; it can be applied with brush or spray to remove white stains from seasoned stones, bricks, new bricks, walls and concrete floorings.

PS-121 DECORNEW DECOFILLER is a single component sealer (elastic epoxypolyurethane) and it is used on construction and control joints of concrete floorings.

PS-122 DECORNEW ANTIEVAPORATION is a refined silicate-based sealer. It prevents the rapid loss of water from the concrete surface. With a slow seasoning, the concrete increases its resistance and reduces the risk of cracking.

DECORNEW offers two types of ANTIEVAPORATION:

PS-123 ANTI WATER/OIL is a clear solvent-based sealer, formulated to be totally stain-resistant. It is permanent; it doesn’t turn yellow. For indoor and outdoor application on seasoned flooring. Excellent for warehouses, repair shops, cellars, car parks, bars, etc.

PS-124 DECORNEW DECOTYRE-REMOVER is a particular cleaning product, formulated to remove and clean any tyre mark left by: lift trucks, any kind of motor vehicle and plastic marks.

DECOTYRE-REMOVER is also an excellent degreaser. It must be watered down with a minimum proportion of 1:1 up to a maximum of 1:10 according to its employment.
